Women Farmworkers' Association in Barangay San Isidro E. B. Magalona Inducted

OATHTAKING. The officers of Women Farmworkers' Association in Barangay San Isidro E. B. Magalona took their oath of office before Mayor Marvin Malacon at their barangay covered court Wednesday [Aug. 28].

Witnessing the oathtaking ceremonies were Vice Mayor Eric Matulac, Sangguniang Bayan Members Gilda Parcon and Edgardo Agravante Jr., Executive Assistant Matthew Louis Malacon, San Isidro Punong Barangay Ronnie Loro, Sto. Niño Punong Barangay Romulo Villanueva, former Municipal Planning and Development Officer Engr. Erwin Poniado, and Mayor's Private Secretary Joel Antonio.

The Women Farmworkers' Association, led by Angela Bayona as its president, has about 200 members.

Mayor Malacon assured the officers and members of the strong support of the Municipal Government in the development of their association.

He also encouraged each one to work for the success of the association and make it more relevant and responsive to the needs of the community.
