Gracing the payout today was Executive Assistant Matthew Louis Malacon, who represented Mayor Marvin Malacon.

In his message, EA Malacon stressed that the Office of the Mayor aims to extend help to more beneficiaries but but it only has limited resources. He also advised the beneficiaries to spend their DOLE-TUPAD wages wisely; like, spending it on food and to sustain their source of livelihood.

Malacon added the DOLE-TUPAD assistance is a program of the national government in partnership with the local administration to support the disadvantaged sector of the municipality by providing them with livelihood assistance.* -E. B. MAGALONA PIO
