As Tropical Depression "Paeng" intensifies into a Tropical Storm, based on the PAGASA Weather Bulletin at 5:00 PM today, and heavy rains are forecast over Western Visayas tomorrow due to the shear line and trough of "Paeng," classes in all levels, both in public and private schools, in the Municipality of E. B. Magalona are still suspended tomorrow [Friday, Oct. 28], as ordered by Mayor Marvin Malacon.

Work in government offices, however, will continue tomorrow.
