General guidelines

• A contestant must be a resident of E. B. Magalona.
• A contestant/s must have an endorsement from the Barangay.
• The talent may be performed by an individual or group.
• Performance must not exceed five (5) minutes. A deduction of 1 point for every minute exceeding of the performance.
• The use of live animal sacrifices and the use of flammable materials such as fireworks or pyrotechnics as part of the ritual are strictly prohibited. A five (5) point deduction from the total score shall be imposed against any contingent who violates the rule.
• Only qualified contestant/s will perform in the final night.
• Judges decision is final and irrevocable.
