Excellence Unleashed: EBM MPS Shines as the Top Performing Municipal Police Station in Negros Occidental

P/Major Kenneth Jay Gratones, chief of police of the E. B. Magalona Municipal Police Station (MPS), presents to Mayor Marvin Malacon today, July 3, 2023, the three certificates of recognition for EBM MPS as the “Top Performing Municipal Police Station” for the months of March (96.04), April (95.62), and May (94.68) in the provincewide Unit Performance Rating (UPeR) of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOcPPO).
Gratones received the certificates this morning during the flag-raising ceremony and kick-off ceremony for the 28th Police Community Relations Month at the NOcPPO Headquarters in Bacolod City.
Malacon congratulated the men and women of the EBM MPS for garnering the same award for six months in a row, or from December 2022 to May 2023. Its other ratings were: December (92.90), January (92.69), and February (93.68).*
