SEMINAR ON GUN SAFETY, ROAD SAFETY

Fifty-six personnel of the E. B. Magalona Municipal Police Station (MPS) attended a whole-day seminar on Gun Safety and Road Safety at the Asenso Hall at the Public Plaza today [August 22].
The seminar aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of police personnel in the safe handling of firearms as well as in promoting road safety, thereby helping avoid vehicular accidents.
The participants also underwent Stress Management.
The seminar was facilitated by personnel of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOcPPO) led by Police Lt. Col. Ariel Pico, deputy provincial director for Administration, and Police Major Glenn John Grajo, chief of the Provincial Learning Doctrine and Development Section.
The E. B. Magalona MPS is led by Police Major Kenneth Jay Gratones, chief of police, and Police Captain Markelly Laganipa, deputy chief of police.
