Orlando Dulano, a tricycle driver from Barangay Tabigue, E.B. Magalona, turned over a lost wallet containing more than P3,000 in cash to the Municipal Police Station on August 2.

Dulano found the wallet on the national highway of the municipality. He immediately brought it to the police station, where he turned it over to the authorities.

The wallet contained the owner's identification cards, cash, and other personal belongings. The police are now working to contact the owner of the wallet.

"We are grateful to Mr. Dulano for his honesty and integrity," said Police Chief Inspector Nelson Gamboa. "His actions are a reminder that there are still good people in the world."

The police are urging the owner of the wallet to contact them at the E.B. Magalona Municipal Police Station.
