After receiving P100,000 cash award from the Provincial Government in November last year, Saraviahanon centenarian Herminigilda Barredo- Donasco has received another cash award of P100,000 Wednesday [Feb. 22], this time from the Department of Social Welfare and Develoment (DSWD).
