HOUSING PROGRAM. The Office of 3rd District Rep. Jose Francisco "Kiko" Benitez visited three housing sites in E. B. Magalona recently, for its Balay Hilway housing program.

The team, lead by Sonia Macapagal, district coordinator for E. B. Magalona, and Architect Andrew Peñalosa, 3rd District housing coordinator, first met with Consultant Engr. Jessil Plaza and Municipal Tourism Officer-designate Ma. Teresa Alvarez.

Together, they visited the Yolanda Housing Site in Brgy. Sto. Niño, accompanied by Punong Barangay Romulo Villanueva; Tondo in Brgy. 3 (Poblacion); and Gahit Gawad Kalinga in Brgy. Gahit.

They also visited the Gahit Seawall to learn of the livelihood activities of the residents, such as making dried fish, bamboo baskets, placemats, and lamp shades.

They also visited the Tomongtong Mangrove Eco-Trail where they were welcomed and assisted by the personnel of the Mayor's Office, lead by Executive Assistant Debbie Ann Dioneo-Monte and Human Resource Management Office head Isabel Armila Patrata.
