HONORING DR. LYDIA MOGUL

Vice Mayor Eric Matulac, representing Mayor Marvin Malacon who is currently attending an out-of-town assembly, and Sangguniang Bayan Members Wyndel Depasucat, Jovie Madayag, and Reylan Gamboa Sr. draped the Philippine flag on the casket of Dr. Lydia Carminales-Mogul, to honor her distinguished service to the people of E. B. Magalona as a former municipal councilor and a long-time physician, at her wake at the Gegato Chapel yesterday.

Receiving their condolences was Dr. Mogul's son Ronel Mogul (3rd from left), incumbent kagawad of Barangay 3.

The beloved physician died on Feb. 16. She was 86.

Her wake was held at the Gegato Chapel in Bacolod City from Feb. 18 to 22, before it was transferred to her residence at Francisco Maravilla St. today [Feb. 23] until Feb. 24.

Her family members posted on social media that Dr. Mogul's interment is tentatively scheduled on Saturday [Feb. 25].

A Mass will be held at 9:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish in E. B. Magalona, afterwards her remains will be interred at the Mount Nebo Memorial Garden at Hacienda Carmelo Barangay Sto. Niño.
