E. B. Magalona joins launching of PNP Kasimbayanan

The E. B. Magalona Municipal Police Station joined the rest of the Philippine National Police (PNP) forces in the simultaneous nationwide launching of the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN at the town’s Public Plaza Wednesday [Oct. 12].

KASIMBAYANAN, which stands for “KApulisan, SIMBAhan at PamaYANAN,” provides an interplay among the three important sectors by transforming the PNP members as community-based bridge-builders to increase community involvement in preempting, preventing, and solving crimes.

The highlight of the ceremonies was the Signing of the Pledge of Commitment, where participants promised to “commit to support and promote a synergized partnership, as we strive to bridge gasp and build stronger ties by working closely together to proactively address public safety and develop a God-centered society for long-lasting peace and progress in our country.”

Police Captain Eric Doronila, acting chief of police of E. B. Magalona MPS, said the revitalized campaign aims to further boost the collaboration among various sectors of the community in pushing the PNP programs and thrusts that foster “Malasakit, Kaayusan, at Kapayapaan Tungo sa Kaunlaram.”

Attending the activity were officials and members of various faith-based organizations and advocacy support groups, including the PNP interfaith and life coaches, force multipliers, K-9 Search & Rescue, Operative, Task Force Kasanag, CISSG (Community Information Service Support Group) of E.B. Magalona, and LGBT community of E.B. Magalona.*/EBM MPS
